Communication from the property needs improvement. They should respond to e-mails from clients especially those that involve getting into the building and your room as there is no desk or staff at the property to answer such questions.

It was a nice historic house right on the Newport border. Very close to the downtown and the mansions.

The location is convenient. House is unique and has a lot of potential, but there is a lack of maintenance and cleanliness is so and so. We had a clogged sink and used towels around. Bed sheet felt old and dusty. There is a common kitchen, which is great and clean. Also, we noticed cameras in hallways and common areas were covered with socks. We asked a worker, she said it is by law. However, there is no law in RI that prohibits cameras in common spaces. It is a self check-in facility, so there is no staff on side. Anyone with the code can enter the building, it raises safety concerns.

Stroke of luck to have a room available for our stay in Newport. Historic house and rooms are excellent.

The property was beautiful. Very clean and offered lovely sitting areas and a gourmet kitchen for your use. Very easy access to Newport.

This is a wonderfully maintained historic property. The digital check in was seamless. While there was no staff on site, there was good email communication and a number to call for any problem. It was an excellent value and a great stay.

Beautiful property, had a great time! Rooms were clean and the house was perfect! Will be staying here again.
