Great, comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing (no muffins/ pastries, too healthy). Overall a nice stay to visit Colgate.

Room was not very clean. Beds very uncomfortable. Limited amenities in room. Surrounding area desolate.

The price per night at this hotel did not match the property itself. Bathrooms were tiny- there is no place to put toiletries, etc. Beds were just okay. The carpet in our room was stained everywhere. The hallway smelled too strongly of air freshener. Not much for continental breakfast. Resort price for just an okay hotel.

The room gave me an asthma attack, and the mattress and pillows were horrible

The staff made this hotel. We stayed multiple days, and I definitely would go back. Our first night was a little struggle because the AC Unit didn't work. Once the staff was notified, they immediately addressed the situation and replaced the entire AC Unit when it was convenient for us. I appreciated their quick attention to addressing the problem. The gentleman later followed up to see if things were still working as intended and the front desk ensured we were taken care of for the inconvenience. In addition, the hotel was always very clean, parking was easy, area was definitely safe. They had a cute little outdoor patio we spent our nights on. It had campfires, smores, ping pong tables, and bags. The family loved it and if we're ever back in this area, we would stay there again.
