Solomons Victorian Inn

This was a beautiful inn with great views of the harbor. The property around the inn was private and welcoming too. Very friendly owners and wonderful breakfasts.

The hosts, Steve and Shaun, could not have been more welcoming. They gave us advice about where to go in Solomon’s and where to eat in the evenings. The Inn is lovely and beautifully furnished in a style that is perfect for an historic inn. Our room was well appointed and had in it everything that we needed and we had a lovely view of the sea. It was officially a bed and breakfast inn, but there were drinks and delicious homemade cakes and biscuits available all day. The 3 course breakfast was enough to last until afternoon tea at least! We loved the location and the well-tended gardens with plenty of places to sit and relax.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like except we wished we could have stayed longer!

Good views of water

The large and pretty Victorian house was in convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and town. We had a beautiful view of the harbor marina! Love waking up to that view and having breakfast looking at the people taking morning walks. The hosts Steve and his wife, Shawn, were so dear. They welcomed us with a tour and cookies! Always sweets wherever we turned so we really loved that! Shawn is an excellent baker...I blame her for my weight gain lol. Everything was clean, comfortable, welcoming, peasceful, and relaxing...just what we were looking for! We can't wait to visit again and talk more about our families and get to know each other. We can't recommend the Inn enough and if it was warmer outside, we would've sat in the garden and had some wine. It was really beautifully done as well! Thank you both for a great weekend!

Beautiful inn with lovely innkeepers who went out of their way to make our group's birthday weekend special. Delicious breakfast!

Steve & Shawn are wonderful hosts and our room had such a great view of the water. Breakfast was awesome as were the cookies mid afternoon and to go snacks. Highly recommended!
