Metro station is like 20 steps away from hotel and 24hr front desk which was very useful. Staff are very friendly and speak english which was good as i knew almost no french.

Had a really nice stay at the hotel, the facilities were great and rooms well presented. I had an issue with the shower and as a result was moved to another room. The location is not that close to the centre of Paris but with the metro link it wasn't a major issue. Because of the hotels location it allowed me to see / explore areas of Paris I probably wouldn't have and that made my break even more special. Only issues I would raise are the in-room safes didn't work in either room I had and the TV didn't have any english channels, but it did allow for you to cast to the TV so if you wanted to that is an option to do from your phone or device.

I like the convenient, transportation, the room, spacious bathroom. I did not like the first room due to the air vent blowing directly towards the bed and I had to turn on the heat to keep me warm. I was very happy after the nice lady at the reception desk moved me to another room.

Great base to explore Paris at it's literally right next door to a Metro13 line to the Champs Elysees, very convenient! Hotel was lovely with a nice bar, room very clean. My only issue was no gluten free options for breakfast when I asked, but that was OK because it meant I could get out earlier and eat in the centre.

"Amazing stay "

Good location near the bus/tram/metro station with about a 30-45 mins travel time depending on the service and shops for daily needs. Very friendly staff and helpful at every stage. Room was very comfortable with a very chic ambience. Would definitely stay again!
