Bugs in room, bathroom sink didn’t have running water. Much room for improvement

Roof top bath was fabulous ! Watched the sky light up w/stars!

The person at the desk was really nasty. I was insulted for making a “debacle” when they tried to double charge me.

I liked this old fashioned spa motel from the Golden age of auto tourism.

I don’t generally do reviews, however, my experience at this motel was a hugely pleasant surprise. I had planned on camping, but it was too windy for my taste, so I found this place. Other reviews had mentioned things like “hippy dippy” and rooms need updating, things like that. Well if you’re looking for surface luxury and super modern amenities, go elsewhere. If you want an affordable, spacious room with all the things one would need- mine had a kitchen area too.. and if you want a free hour hot springs soak, an eclectic lobby with engaging and intelligent staff ( love you Marylyn, was an honor talking with you) , then this IS your place!! I will make it a point to stay here whenever I return. It’s convenient to a grocery store and several restaurants and a brewery, and a great museum. I love Truth or Consequences- I always meet fascinating people, and now I have a place to look forward to retiring to. And the hot spring soak was amazing- reserve one of the roof tubs at night!!!

We located this unique place in our search for a hotel in the area. The Hot Mineral Springs were a bonus and the highlight of our stay. The rooftop soak under the evening stars is a must! The vintage rooms added to the experience along with the exceptional service and welcome from the hosts.

Great pre-holiday trip - the rooms were roomy and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Hot springs baths were unique in they were vintage hot water tubs. The site is a vintage motel in the hotel spring district, across from the grocery store and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be returning.

I viewed the room and decided that it was not a place that I would stay. The place was run down and was not up to what was represented

The staff here was exceptional! Motel is old but very clean, beds are comfy. This hot spring bath was nice & hot & very relaxing. You get a free 1 hr bath every day per person. Nice benefit
