Hotel Dunas

They kept moving us room. They don’t clean rooms well. They don’t vacuum. My bed sheets had makeup stains on them. They moved me to a single bed. Room smelled awful. Condom rapper underneath bed. Short skinny girl with blond hair. At first she was very sweet. Next thing, she was acting very rude. Knocked on our door. Charging us. Even though we had paid. Only good thing about there was the kitchen staff. Truly amazing staff workers. Brenda made us feel very welcome. Cleaning staff needs to do better.

Room smelled clean and was very tidy, some of the stuff could use a little refresh like the shower head had hard water and was kinda loose and AC unit was nice and cold but a little noisy, everything else was pretty much perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend it 99/100

They acomodate me in the first floor because I'm disable. Close to US Consulate, shopping and fast food restaurants and dining in restaurants

El Hotel Dunas está cerca del Consulado Americano de Cd. Juárez y puedes ir caminando al CAS, Exámenes Médicos, Consulado y además cruzando el puente peatonal está La Plaza Misiones donde hay muchas opciones de comer. Todo se puede hacer caminando y sin problemas. Puedes agarrar taxi fácilmente. Camiones y Uber, hay farmacias, restaurantes, todo está cerca y los empleados súper amables, la comida del restaurante del hotel está buena y los desayunos buenísimos, y todo el personal amable. Fue una súper opción el poder hospedarnos ahí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
