Anandari Ubud Villa

設施老舊，房間門關不太緊閉且門把都已經脫落，最傻眼跟不被尊重的是第一天晚上洗澡突然沒熱水，跟飯店反應後居然直接開門解鎖闖進來說要處理查看，不就好在我們穿衣服穿得快，不然就全身裸體相見了！ 後來已經跟飯店反應下次請等我們去開門再進來，沒想到隔天要請飯店送水時，又發生一樣情形不等我們去開門，直接進入villa內。一天5000元的villa完全不值得！ 原先訂購住三晚，第二晚後直接退房，不想再把寶貴的出國時間浪費在這間飯店上！ The facilities are outdated. The bedroom door wouldn't close properly, and the door handle had already fallen off. The most shocking and disrespectful part was that, on the first night, the hot water suddenly stopped while we were showering. When we reported it to the hotel, they didn't wait for us to open the door—they unlocked it and barged straight in to "check it out." It’s a good thing we were able to get dressed quickly, otherwise, they would have seen us completely naked! We explicitly told the hotel afterward that, in the future, they must wait for us to open the door before entering. However, when we requested water the next day, the exact same thing happened—they didn't wait for us to open the door and just walked straight into the villa. A villa costing 5,000 TWD per night is absolutely not worth it! We originally booked a three-night stay, but we checked out after the second night. We didn't want to waste any more of our precious vacation time on this hotel.

El hotel es una preciosidad y el servicio nos dejó alucinados. Está algo retirado del centro, pero te permite tener mayor tranquilidad y relax. El personal es excepcional. Consumimos todos los servicios, masajes, lavandería, desayuno… todos y cada uno de ellos espectaculares en tiempo y forma, y muy económico.

The view is unforgettable! Amazing room and outdoor area. The staff was very nice and we tried the massage which was always quite nice. The villa exceeded our expectations, A beautiful decoration was made for our honeymoon we enjoyed every minute in this villa and would love to come back again

Es ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf Privatsphäre gelegt, die kleinen eigenen Häuschen mit Pool sind einfach total schön auch mit der Aussicht. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und lieb, das hatten wir sonst bisher nirgendwo, so wie hier.

Gar nichts

Cadre idillyque ! Aucun vis-à-vis dans notre villa. Le petit déjeuné était superbe, cependant pas beaucoup de choix pour ce dernier. Personnel extrèmement bienvaillant.

Situation géographique relativement mauvaise, rien à proximité immédiatre ou presque. Peu de choix pour le petit déjeuné. Assez bruyant le soir, beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre le matin (les rideaux ne couvrent pas toutes les fenêtres)
