Charme en Bleu

Great appartment with stunning views of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Adequately equiped kitchen. Cira was extremely helpful and organised taxis for us whenever requested as we didn't speak Italian.

Getting to the appartment by foot was hard going as it is located on a hill with fairly steep slopes. A few times we took taxis up at a cost of €20 one way, which was quite expensive for a short journey.

The apartment was clean and spacious

half of the apartments had very nice view… ours was on the other half Unfortunately not a single bottle of water on the apartment.. There were a vending machine on the lobby but nothing close by

Our stay was extremely good, parking was also available which is a must in this part of Italy

Amazing apartment! clean and new! the view from the room was breathtaking. we had a car so they allowed us to park it in front of the building. beds were so comfortable.

Very new and comfortable apartments with a great view on the beach. Very good for families and groups. The city Center can be reached by walk but you need to be fit for the high walk back. no cleaning in the rooms-we have stayed there 4 nights (4 adults), the apartman was not sweeped and washed up, no extra toilet paper was placed in the bathroom, towels were not changed during the 4 days. The garbage was not disposed - the guests have to dispose it. Huge disappointment! For this price it is a minimum to check the cleanliness of the apartman every day, sweep up, channge the towels if necessary, put toilet papers and dispose the garbage! I have never experienced such an attitude in an acconodation. For me it is not correct! I highly DO NOT recommend this place!

The property is new and fresh with amazing views from the balconies and windows. The staff were friendly and helpful, although not everyone spoke english but we could manage with body languages. The location is great if you are looking for a calm and don't want to be surrounded by tourists, but you do need to have a car to move around the area.

I was travelling with my friends who have a little daughter. The first day of our stay was her birthday. The host was kind enough to prepare a cake for her and balloons. Little lady was beyond happy. The apartment is very cozy and freshly renovated. The living room is huge and has a fascinating view on the harbour and the volcano. It was indeed breathtaking. The administrator Cira is super helpful, she called us taxis, gave us excellent recommendations which places to visit. And she is a very nice person in general)

The problem is not with the apartment, rather with the city. It is almost impossible to travel there by foot. You need a car. However, the taxi service there is very poor. You can only call a specific driver, and they do not work at night. And the majority of them don't speak English =(
