The Overlook at Burdett Falls

Location, cleanliness, amenities.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Very clean and well equipped recently renovated house. Has all the things you need. Large balcony and even a private place to sit close to the river. We loved the bottle of wine, it was a surprise! Spotted some deer and other wildlife during an early morning walk towards the lake.

The airconditioning unit made quit some noise.

The house was in a quiet location, with a waterfall close by. We could hear the waterfall from the apartment and while we were sitting on the deck. There were numerous wineries and breweries in the area. Watkins Glen was a short drive. The hosts responded quickly and gave plenty of information about the local area. Would definitely stay here again!

The AC's were a little loud.

Our stay at the overlook was faultless. it’s such a clean and cosy place to stay in a great location with a lovely outdoor space. the host has thought of every detail and there was nothing forgotten. I would return here in a heartbeat! the waterfall out the back was the icing on the cake! thank you so much

This place is recently renovated, immaculate and amazingly well appointed with everything you’ll need for your vacation stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom has spa-like touches. It is conveniently located to many activities, restaurants and small towns. We enjoyed visiting several local wineries but our favorite was Lakewood Winery! Our group hiked the gorge early morning and absolutely loved it. Our last day, we spent at the Corning Museum, a must see, it was outstanding! We hope to return soon.
