Liked the fact it had a bath and garden area

There was no sweeping brush to clean up

exactly as expected, great communication from host.

Google maps takes you to property across the road, but easy enough to cross over to proper spot.

The property was clean and had everything we needed

It is very remote. The only place within walking distance closed at 4pm. it would have been good if it was opened slightly later for an evening meal.

Very homely property plenty of room to enjoy our stay. Nice quiet park in a good location for day trips. Nice and warm with everything provided.

Missed an iron! I know who irons on holiday!

Good price compared to similar places, clean and well prepared rooms, and friendly, ready to help staff.

Cold inside during cold mornings, close to main road can become noisy during night

Owner contacted us after check-in time to state boiler not working so did we still want to stay there, not much option when driving there and only 30 minutes away. Advised plumber would fix next morning, left with 1 elec heater in living room and 1 halogen heater in a bedroom, halogen heater only 1 out of 3 bars working but unsafe as fell over due to screw missing to hold together. Owner's husband dropped of new heater then had to come back again to actually put it together so it could be used. Spent whole weekend boiling pots of water to clean dishes and for myself, husband and 2 children to get washed. Boiler supposedly fixed next afternoon but cut out again after few hours so back to heaters and boiling water in pots. Not exactly relaxing due to getting up early in morning to heat water for family to get washed and putting heaters on to warm up. Whole caravan needs a refurb due to dodgy floor in kitchen/dining area, broken elec socket that kettle was plugged into ( unsafe) Matching cutlery would be nice, curtains and blinds need replaced so they can be used to stop drafts at doors and windows Fridge in living room / dining area really isn't a great thing, better to not have washing machine and put fridge in kitchen. If washing machine is a required item in caravan could be put into bathroom as it is a huge cold room with lots of unused space.

Very spacious, warm comfy and clean. Everything you need has been taken care of.

We can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like

Couldn't work central heating

Caravan was nice and clean, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, central heating was good, with water heating up quickly for a shower. Easy access in terms of booking and getting there, good instructions on where to find the caravan. No formal checking. Good internet.

TV aerial didn't seem to work, but not really an issue when WiFi is available. Shower is a bit small for someone who's 6ft but not a big issue.
