Amenities Free breakfast. Juice machine and milk machine weren’t operational. Pancake maker malfunctioning and management had to be called to work on machine after every pancake.

It was an exceptional stay!

We came for a funeral so the location, which was recommended by the family, was in close proximity to the funeral home.

We were not able to get a late check out as the front desk agent said the reservation was booked through a third party (Booking.com).

Cuando llegamos me preguntaron si mi reserva era por Booking , indicandome que mi reserva había sido cancelada , a pesar que yo había actualizado mi tarjeta de crédito a su solicitud . Me la activaron supuestamente pero me dijeron que ya perdía los puntos que iba acumular en Latam , me parece muy mal la verdad que me fastidió mucho . Si no les gusta que se reserve a través de booking que no lo ofrezcan . El desayuno que ofrecen muy malo

The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. I got to know EVERYONE BY NAME. Nyleh the manager is SO ENTHUSIASTIC, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & PATIENT. Dudley is SO INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. Nyla, is the sweetest young lady you’ll ever WANT TO MEET. Seth is VERY HELPFUL & such a sweetheart. Lastly, BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, ANG. ANG, MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY. She made sure breakfast was stocked and fresh EVERY MORNING.

I love the aesthetic of the property! VERY ECLECTIC VIBE BUT A GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR FOCUS IF VISITING FOR WORK.
