Comfortable cosy cottage. Generous host - welcome gift of wine and chocolates, coffee pods, household provisions etc. excellent location with easy access to beach harbour town and Royal Oak hotel at end of road - v friendly with lovely food

Absolutely perfect. From Alan the host, the welcome pack, the decor, the garden, the log burner to name a few. Zen Cottage more than exceeded our expectations and was just a delight to stay in. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone

"Relaxing at zen cottage"

Our host was great , and the cottage was excellent on all areas December is cold and the cottage was so cosy and warm it was just what we needed. location is fab for exploring by car or there is loads of lovely walks around the area.

Location is great. Lovely and clean and lovely little touches like dog bowl and treats. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The main bedroom needs brightening up. A bit dull and dark and not modern. Bedding was clean and fresh but could do with updated. We needed heating on as it was cold.
