"Disappointing"

They could not even give me an invoice in my name, or the name of the company that I work for. The clerk mocked when I insisted on this. In the end, I just received an invoice in the name of Booking. Really strange. Something fishy is going on there. The toilet paper was moldy, as if they did not clean in days and days, or even open the room.
