Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

(stayed for 4 nights with a 1 night gap to go on a tour, so experienced 2 different rooms) - very friendly door staff and porters - tasty breakfast - good location

calls on 2 different days at 8.30am waking us up to ask if we wanted breakfast - it runs 7.30am - 10.30am daily, why are you waking us up at 8.30am to ask?! there was no way to disconnect the phone to stop it happening... really unimpressed. management saying they didn't have change when we were checking out, then magically producing some after a 5 minute standoff. your greed is denying the other friendly staff their tips! pretty gross room - it was clearly only given a quick once over and not cleaned properly. there's dirt on the walls, skirting etc. that really needs to be dealt with. there was also hair on the bathroom floor. incredibly noisy aircon in 2nd room no sofa in room per photos
