The hospitality of Mr Sumith.He was polite and well aware to take care of customers.He was indeed polite and nyc.

The lift was not working and our room was on 3rd floor.it was a bad thing to climb upstairs all time ..

No cleanliness, no ventilation.

Worst experience. The staff was very unprofessional and they spoiled our mood and happiness of trip Dirty Linens and I had booked King size bed but they had only queen size bed. Cockroaches and bedbugs were there.
