My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The reception staff seemed untrained — they didn’t know how to check passports or visas and behaved quite rudely. They mentioned only one room was available. Later that night, water from the bathroom flooded the bedroom, which was extremely uncomfortable. The staff made no effort to help or manage the situation. It feels like they only care about money, not guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value peace and comfort.
