-Limited spaces with certain activities, we weren’t told in advance that we have to book. -In-room dining only available until 9:30 pm, no option to buy food otherwise. I was hungry throughout my stay. I understand the wellness concept, but this isn't a bootcamp! No shops to buy anything, and I wasn't allowed to bring in -For the price we pay, I expect the hotel to be super clean. Instead, we found bugs everywhere, elevators with fingerprint smudges, dirty pool (there should be no excuse for not keeping the pools clean) -Tiny actual pool that we can use, the rest is sea water which of course isn't heated so unusable except in the summer -Staff telling us repeatedly to not use our phones so we can "disconnect to reconnect". I understand the concept, but this felt condescending and as if I'm in a bootcamp. We are not children. -Many areas seemingly out of service. Many areas without any staff. For a 5-star resort, I expect to see staff everywhere and not to feel like the resort has basically shut down for the night. -Some activities were very sub-par - "dot-painting", for example, was done in a tiny table that barely fit and was located indoors in the corner of the room.
