Room size and the facilities provided

Intercom facility was not working. I asked three times to the staff but no one came to repair it.

Location

The room not well maintained. Bathroom ventilation was open. Had to waste 2 buckets of water to get hot water as per the staff. That too when people have scarcity of water For a city like Hubbali this hotel is not value for money. No air conditioning available but price was for almost for a air conditioned room

Hotel was clean and OK.

Hotel did not provide me bill as it was booked via Booking.com, Booking.com also not providing bill for the same, hotel and booking.com shifting there shoulders to provide bill for the paid amount

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Ein bisschen unorganisiert, aber wenn man bittet, passiert vieles wunschgemäß. Umfassendes Frühstücksbüffet

Asif(Manager) really helped me to modify the booking which was not accepted with Expedia, also entire staff was very prompt in responding. Near and decent hotel... I stayed with family and felt secure and safe
