Flamenco Urban Living

Very helpful and polite staff, receptionist helped me out a lot so 5* to the staff.

The property was quite worn down and not so clean.. the curtains in the private room were not clean and the bed was so so.. Bathroom decent. Overall doable for one night.

beautiful look, absolutely enough for one night (only a bed - but here an extraordinarily beautiful one!), very friendly and helpful staff

for a longer stay, one would like to have breakfast and perhaps a fridge in the room

- Free drinking water for refilling - Bed was relatively comfortable - it was quiet at night - close to the Monas

- Too many mosquitoes in the building and room - Wifi not so good. When it works, the speed is good, but you always have interruptions in between... Whereby working / meetings was almost impossible. - No answer in advance to my request via Whatsapp and BookingCom and email. I think you can expect an answer... - Remote control of the air conditioning did not work properly - Toilet paper was very cheap - a few dark long hairs in the room (I have short blonde hair, so these are not mine)

there are no sampoo, no body wash and very dirty, it's a non smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes.

Location was decent, check-in was fast and we were able to drop-off our backpacks in the lobby before check-in.

Beds uncomfortable, white stains on duvets, shower had no warm water and the bathroom smelled weird. Bathroom floor had some weird coloured balls on the floor... the floor in the room was also dirty, white socks turned black, cigarette on the floor in the corner along with a fake eyelash (weird as we were 2 guys in the room). My towel had a red streak on it that resembled either blood or nail polish, when i tried to exchange it, the guy behind the counter did not speak a word of english, eventually got a new one but that towel has seen about 100 too many rounds in the washing machine, many strands of towel came off and it barely absorbs any water.

As camas sao confortáveis, o acondicionamento silencioso, mas infelizmente o local faz barulho de maquina , acho que é bomba de agua do prédio. O wifi é horrível, problema de wifi o tempo todo , engracado para um local que esta em uma metrópole, conexão deveria ser melhor. A agua quente quase nao funcina , sai bem fraca e morna.
