We had a confirmed booking yet after going to the resort we were told that it was sold out and there was no room available. We had to drive 2 hours extra to reach the resort on bad roads with no network and treebo couldn't even inform us in advance that our booking was not cancelled. We had to hunt for a room in panchgani at 7pm since none of the good resorts had any availability. It was honestly the worst experience.
