No cleanliness, the door was broken and wind was coming directly to the hall during night time , breakfast was horrible and there were no proper tea cups in the room

There is clearly a question of privacy as well as security. The reason is, the room we were given had a common living/kitchen with an another room and the occupants of the other room were very noisy in the living area. In fact they accidentally tried to open our door which couldn’t be locked with the key that was provided and was secured by a small dead bolt.

No cleaning, sofas were worned out, found bedbugs and cockroaches, no basic food facilities/ utensils, requested for wifi connection couple of times , pool is not maintained properly Breakfast included is not sufficient.... But it has all the ticks to become a most sought after property if it is maintained properly
