Limpieza , la ducha sale con mucha fuerza me encantó . La señal de wi fi impecable. Para corta estadía es cómodo.

El sofá cama muy incómodo para dormir , debería ser más cómodo teniendo en cuenta que la habitación es muy pequeña para dormir dos personas . La zona del edificio me pareció algo insegura , mucha gente durmiendo en la calle.

The accommodation is quite close to the bus and train stations.

Registration is very complicated. It can easily happen that you cannot enter the accommodation at all and have to spend the night outside, that is, you have to pay for someone else. The apartment does not have real beds, but some kind of beds that are very uncomfortable. During the night, no one can get to the toilet without waking up everyone else. The gas boiler creates noise and consumes oxygen, and it is located in the kitchen where there is one bed. The bedroom is a narrow passage between the kitchen and the toilet. It is not possible to contact the owner until you enter the apartment. By far the worst accommodation so far.

Great location

Location is good, 10 mins walk to old town, close to shopping area and 15 mins walk to Bologna centrale train station. For 3 girls, it is all you need. Coffee, dishes, fridge, bottle opener, hair dryer, iron - provided. Compared to other places, this was good value for money. We were visiting in October, so it was nor cold nor hot inside.

Sofa bed is sofa bed, so dont expect comfort here, but the other 2 beds are fine. The person sleeping in the living room must wake up the person sleeping on the lower bed if they want to go to toilet during the night, as once this bed is pulled, you can't pass. :D Check in is from 15h, so it could be little earlier...

The location is pretty good, a short walk to Bologna's main avenue "Via dell'Indipendenza" and less than 10min to the central "Piazza Maggiore" square.

Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom was rather dirty. Although there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, the place is too small for 3 people. The worst thing was that it was DESPERATELY HOT inside the apartment, much hotter than outside, and there is no airconditioning and only one fan but two rooms, so inevitably someone will have to sleep in a very hot room. When we asked the host about the possibility of getting a second fan he was pretty harsh.
