Check in instructions will be sent on the day of check in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information and upload your identity document (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons). Check-in is only possible from 15.00 and check out from 10.00. We inform you that our facility has a check-in system with access code, which will allow you to access the apartment in complete autonomy and without using keys. Self check in instructions will be sent on the day of check in. The access codes for the apartment door will be provided to you ONLY IF the tourist tax is paid and the sending of the identity documents of each guest (the communication of guest data is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons). When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50,00€ per stay applies. Check-in is only possible from 15.00 and check out from 10.00. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
