Prince of Whales

The location is perfect. Close to everything. I didn't even realize until our last morning there that the bus stop literally is right in front of the place. convenient if you wish to take the bus into Ptown. (i wish they would allow our little dog on the bus too). I also took advantage of the fact that we could use the beach access over at the Truro Beach cottages a big plus. The room was cozy and i loved being able to cook inside and eat outside on the little patio.

I only wish the seating inside was a bit cozier. The bistro stools were nice and i understand save space but were not very comfortable to use putting on shoes and sitting to watch a show at the end of the night. Not that i spent too much time inside.

Rooms were cute and nicely built. Beds were super soft

Check in 4pm and check out 10am... Couldn't get a. Later check out. I feel like for the money, 3pm check in and 11am should be standard

Even though the cottages were close to each other it still felt very secluded and was very quiet.

I liked everything

size of the room; extra large, very high ceilings excellent ! extremely comfortable bed ! nice kitchen setup nice utensils, glasses, dishes, cooking equipment, appliances good towels and plenty of them ! TV worked well; having wi-fi excellent !I I liked cabin #17; very quiet ! AC, when needed was helpful,

I'm 6'5" and as a result the bathroom was tight. The shower stall was too small and the toilet was too low, close to the ground. Not only am I tall but also 73 years old. When cold at night the sheet and bedspread wasn't sufficient to keep me warm. I'm glad I brought a blanket, I also brought two of my own pillows. The bedding you provided would not have been sufficient.

It was a lovely, bright cottage with a well equipped kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, sink and cooking and eating utensils plus extras. Eating area for two. Plenty of towels and paper goods. Comfortable bed! Easy to use heat/air conditioning unit. Everything was clean and fairly new. Communications and getting in were seamless. Recommend!

There was a nice coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. Bathroom was a little small. Overall though, it was a nice, comfortable place and in a convenient location.
