Prince of Whales

The location of the cottages are very accessible to Provincetown, National Seashore, and beaches. The interior is all fairly new and clean. Don’t expect any views or anything special directly around the cottages though. There is no staffing on the property and we received no communication prior to check in on how to check in. We had to call upon arrival to learn how to check in and then were told about unexpected pet fees even though nothing was mentioned about this before hand and we booked the property because they allowed dogs. The person we spoke with was very hostile and aggressive about this for no reason. We never heard from anyone at the property again after this- no turn over of the cabins, no information about the area in the cabins, just very bare bones so keep that in mind when booking! We won’t stay here again.

Location. Love that the shuttle pick-up to Ptown is right outside the cottages. Very clean. Love that there are beach chairs. Kitchenette has everything u need. Mattress was very comfortable.

That there was no chairs to seat on inside the cottage only stools. I have a bad back unable. Only place to sit is outside. But with it being too cold sit outside I had to sit in my car while my friend rested on the bed. Also layout in bathroom is tight. I am tall. I ended up having to use kitchen sink to wash and brush my teeth. Would like to see a mirror on the outside of bathroom so 2 people could get ready at same time.

It would be good if each accommodation had its own barbecue, it would make things easier, because the leisure space is great, and it would be perfect if it were close by.

Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed quiet cozy getaway. Minutes from Provincetown and beaches.

Adorable, unique, spotless, quiet (even cabin 1 closest to the road)

Overall, the cottage was cute, clean, and convenient. However, I remember reading that it was across a parking lot to the beach, which was not the case. It was a 5 minute drive and hopefully 1 of 3 parking spots might be available to park. I think the communication could have been better. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and an umbrella. The dog park was also a nice surprise. Finally, I would have liked a few necessary cleaning items like a sponge/scrub pad to wash the dishes and a dish drying rack. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends.
