Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung, es entspricht annähernd den Bildern.

Das Personal mit der Brille war leider sehr unfreundlich, das Reinigungspersonal jedoch sehr nett. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig (nichts Ungewöhnliches in mexiko allgemein) aber trotzdem hört man andere Hotelgäste und auch Geräusche von der Straße deutlich. Für 2 Nächte war es ok. Einen Haartrockner gab es leider auch nicht.

The staff is incredibly friendly,Eliseo and company are attentive, always making sure the property and their guest are looked after. Rooms are clean, the yard is gorgeous the pool is refreshing after a day of exploring the town and cenotes near by. It’s basically having your own quiet room with a giant patio and pool. For being on a main road this hotel I believe is a hidden gem

it was as in the pictures, I loved the pool area and it was a naturally cool room without A/C turned on.

Albergo veramente bello, un angolo di relax all'interno del paese di Valladolid, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, la struttura è veramente bella, pulita, silenziosa, camera e bagno molto grandi e letti comodissimi! Ben oltre le aspettative considerato il prezzo per una doppia!! Super consigliato!!!

The hotel is very small and private. There aren't many rooms, so it's nice to hang out there without tons of people at the pool. The location is great, everything is walkable. Room is clean and beds are comfy. There's water to fill up your water bottle.

The bicycles were all broken, so you can't actually rent one from the hotel directly. The staff seemed a bit bored and unattentive. I didn't have any issues to address, but they seemed bored all day.

3 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. Meaning the bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied, bare in mind you can’t flush paper down the toilet
