Todo estaba bien .

La chica que atendían el desayuno, poca ganas de trabajar!!! Nos hicieron llenar un termo de agua caliente con una taza.... No tienen nada claro lo que es la atención al turista.

La ubicación , frente al río , y cerca de la terminal de Tren Buena la limpieza, y la habitación. La recepcionista muy buena.

Las dos empleadas que estaban en el desayuno,, el 14/7 se negaron a cargarnos el agua caliente en nuestro termo . No había jarra eléctrica...ni dispensador de agua para cargar un termo. Había un termo con agua caliente con un pico casi al raz de la mesa( es para cargar tazas NO ENTRA UN TERMO.) Nos dijeron que lo llenaramos nosotros con una taza. Desconocen lo que es servicio.!!! En el desayuno no reponen las bandejas enseguida y es basico . No muestran en el desayuno ganas de servicio . .

"Despite the water pressure would definitely recommend this hotel! Their breakfast was also good!"

The location is phenomenal!! 2 blocks from train station and plaza and half block from bus stop to Machupichu.

The water pressure was inconsistent and it was hard to shower.
