Buona posizione, pulito, lo staff ci ha aiutato a trovare autisti e guide che ci accompagnassero durante le nostre visite, in particolare il driver Ahmed e la guida Mohamed.

Una cena ha richiesto un po' troppo tempo, ma per il resto davvero niente da obiettare.

Un’accoglienza magica ai piedi delle Piramidi. Soggiornare al Brothers Pyramids View è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile, che consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un’atmosfera autentica e umana. I punti di forza: • Vista Mozzafiato: Come suggerisce il nome, la vista sulle Piramidi è semplicemente spettacolare. Svegliarsi davanti a uno scenario simile non ha prezzo. (Le vetrate insonorizzano abbastanza da non far sentire rumori del traffico) • Gestione Familiare e Calore Umano: Ciò che rende speciale questo posto è la famiglia che lo gestisce. Tutti sono stati incredibilmente disponibili, pronti a coccolarci e a farci sentire a casa in ogni momento. • Servizio Impeccabile: Il personale è di una gentilezza rara. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita con il sorriso. Abbiamo anche usufruito della navetta per l’aeroporto al check-out: un servizio puntuale che ci ha permesso di ripartire senza stress o timore di ritardi.

La colazione è tipica locale, il che permette di immergersi nei sapori del posto. Sebbene ci sia, a mio avviso, un piccolo margine di miglioramento sulla varietà o la preparazione, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la flessibilità del personale: si sono fatti in quattro per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e preferenze personali.

As per the law in Egypt you have to pay in foreign currency, Instead they charged us in Egyptian pounds. They charged an extra 5% when we paid with a card. We also hired a driver through the hotel to take us to see Cairo. We wanted to see Coptic Cairo and this driver said it is open till 6pm but it actually closes at 4pm. He knew we were Christians as we had told him. My partner knew about 4pm close time and insisted we go there. We would've surely missed an important part of our trip. He also didn't allow enough time in El-Khaleli market and his attitude throughout the day was horrible. Not what we expect when we pay 10x the price of an uber. Also, don't go for dinner at the restaurant on top. They don't cook there, instead they order from somewhere and bring it to you. We had to wait over an hour for food. They only provide breakfast, which is also very late. The breakfast timings are 8.30am to 11am, which is a bit pointless as you have to start your day early to avoid the heat. We ended up missing breakfast on 2 days of our stay. The elevator doesn't work most of the time. I had to carry 2 luggage all the way to the fourth floor.
