Seaside Home with Sea Views & Large Terrace

AMAZING! From start to finish, we had a crazy relaxing time. The setting of Dimitris place was just stunning. Set back from the road up a small hill with spectacular views (we had our 73 and 79 year old mum’s with us who managed it twice a day so certainly walkable without a car!). We didn’t have a car but walked to the nearby beaches, about 20 mins each way and cycled to the supermarket albeit Dimitris did kindly offer to take us too. Amazing fish restaurant, again, walkable. Bus stop at the bottom of the road with buses to Perdika and Aegina town. Dimitris was super helpful. One day I got my telephone numbers mixed up and thought I was texting a taxi driver…I wasn’t it was Dimitris and he organised the taxi! The house itself has everything you could need, welcomed by refreshments and fruit, comfy beds, A/C if you need it but we just used the ceiling fans. The place was spotless, one of cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing outdoor showers which we all opted for after a long hot day and a some little resident cats who lazed around in the plants and patio who were no bother at all, we loved them! Dimitris place is certainly a hidden gem and a ‘must’ stay.

The host was incredibly helpful and kind. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay—from fully equipped kitchenware to all the essentials in the bathroom.

I would highly recommend renting a car. The beach is about a 15-minute walk, while the nearest restaurant and supermarket are at least 20 minutes away on foot. For the better experience, rent a car. Taxi is quite expensive.

A cozy and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The host was friendly and incredibly helpful — he gave us lots of great tips and was always there when we needed assistance. The bikes were a nice bonus and allowed us to explore this lovely island. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine and lots of water. We can warmly recommend this place to others!

A terrace in the sun and a second terrace with a roof for shadow. A big table inside and a big table on the terrace. An accomodation for 7 persons with all neaded kitchen equipment, all sleeping facility needed. The wifi is excellent. All 6 days long a lovely helpful and discrete host nearby. We hired in Perdika electric bikes for 3 days (Markos), we walked 2 days. We arranged in advance the VAN-taxi when needed (our gentle driver's name was Vangelis Kontouzoglou). The house is amazing with a breathtaking view of sunset. Perfect location, 10 mins by car from Aegina town. The house is full of equipment. We were two families and we had a planty room to feel comfortable. You will need just your clothes as the house has everything you need. Mr Dimitris is an amazing host. He welcomed us with melon and beers. All recommendations go to Mr Dimitris and his beautiful house.

The house and the host are amazing! The views are increadible and you can spend the whole day on the deck. It has water toys for the kids. The house is fully equipped with everything from coffee to coals for the bbq. The host helped with everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer. I was fully relaxed there (and woth 2 young children!)

Cats cats cats! They seem to live on the deck. We are not cat people.. It would have been nice to be able to hang the shower head. Nothing major!
