Loch Views Apartment Sleeps 2-Pets Ok-Free Parking

We spent two nights here while I played golf in Machrihanish. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. It has beautiful views from the windows which was very nice. It was also great to be able to wash some clothes while we were here. The town is very charming and easy to walk to from this location.

The location and views from the apartment were excellent. The property was tastefully decorated and although the kitchen was small it had all the necessary equipment. The welcome pack was great fully accepted.

The entrance to the staircase leading to the main door was not welcoming due to paper and debris having been blown in. Also the hot water was not hot enough to fill a bath. However all was not lost as the shower was used which took a lot more time.

Excellent location, flat was very well furnished and equipped.

There was a step in the bathroom floor because of the building design

Perfect location to visit Davaar Island which was our main focus for the trip.

Thought key code message would come directly to my email inbox as is the usual protocol but it landed in the Booking.com platform which we didn't realise till we spent some time searching for it. The phone number provided was also for a third party agency which had closed at 17.00 and we arrived at 17.10. Eventually we found the host's message which they had sent in the morning so we got into the property ok. It was just a different process to all our previous experiences with Booking.com but we know now so we'll be wiser next time.

Easy walk to town, restaurants, and shops. Lovely views of Campbeltown harbour. Very cosy flat. Really appreciated the electric fire!
