Good Location, good communication with owners, excellent access, nice to have teabags and coffee / buiscuits available on arrival.

A little more thought to help your guests help you .... I tea towel is not enough if you want guests to clean dishes.. Terestrial TV didnt work and no instructions.. No window coverings on upstairs bedrooms super basic bedding/ towels ...not warm enough as winter scottish winter approaches Not a basic price at 160 / night but pretty basic facilities...... = Not good value Stayed the night before in good local hotel 90 mins away... excellent rooms, great breakfast, £60 night pp= good value. Feels like facilities were bare minimum
