Everything was above my expectations and the place felt so comfortable and relaxing

Stylish accommodation. Nice lounge. Enjoyed the onsen.

No breakfast and there are limited options in town.

部屋は清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった。 冷蔵庫には無料で飲める飲み物が3種類（水、みかんジュース、クラフトビール）あり、どれも美味しかった。

夜お風呂が22:00にクローズするのは早過ぎだと思う。 洗面所の排水が悪くてすぐ水が溜まってしまった。 素泊まりでこのお値段と思うと、もう一歩サービスが足りない気がする。

The deco was elegant with clean lines. The staff were very courteous and provided us with room slippers despite earlier stating on email that they are not available. Miscommunication? There was a nice reading room and the hotel was centrally located. They also assisted with booking dinner and even assisted to find out about the menu.

Though we booked for 3 people, we were only given 2 pillows. Not sure if because one of them was a child. So, a child does not require pillows? Every other hotel using the same specifications gave us 3 pillows. The platform on which the futons were placed were off too high a height so it’s quite bad for the knees going up and down.

Location, staff very helpful and friendly, room extra spacious and bed enormous.

Rather expensive accommodation

建物、お部屋、お風呂、細かいところまですべてセンスが良かった。 女子旅にはとても嬉しいおしゃれ感でした。 駐車場から荷物も運んでいただきました。ありがとうございました。また泊まりたいです。

1階に宿泊しましたが、2階の足音が響くのが気になりました。履物のサンダルのせいかも。

部屋が大変広く、畳もあり素敵！ 部屋の冷蔵庫にあったビールとみかんジュースが美味しい！(無料)

コンビニが遠いので、ホテル内で買えるものがもう少し多いと安心かもしれない。 銭湯のお湯がもう少し熱くてもよい。
