The only thing I do not like is that when I arrive, I was charged the money from the stay again, and well, I am still in the reimbursement process.

Spent two nights here visiting family. The minute you walk in you have a clean fresh smell. The lobby is exactly what you see on line. You know sometimes it’s not what it truly looks like. I arrived early and Amaryon was very nice and checked me in without any issues. I was expecting a your room is not ready. Instead, I was checked in within 10 mins or less. She got me on the top floor near the elevator without me having to ask. She saw my profile and accommodated me based on that. The room is clean and again, exactly like the picture. Whenever I needed anything, within 10-15mins of my call to the front desk it was delivered. There is a really nice lobby bar. Going out on Friday night I saw it was packed with not only hotel guests but locals. The same thing on Saturday. It’s a hope spot it seems. I observe both bartenders. The male on Friday in one of my pics and female on Saturday. They were both attentive and engaging with the guests. I didn’t need parking, but there are lots of parking and the location is across for the Sugar Hill Mall if you need to grab something or just take a walk. I like to check out at the desk. Leaving on Sunday Komal checked me out. It was very early because I had to catch my flight. She worked overnight and was still friendly. I asked her to take a few pics of me she entertained my request without hesitation. I have this hotel saved as a fav now and will stay again when I come to see family.
