Since arriving, the experience when we reached the room was not what we expected. We asked for a possibility of changing room (I will pay more) or refund since the room was not what we saw in the pictures, plus the door didn’t have a safe lock, towels, walls and shower were dirty, toilet was not working appropriately and after coming back from dinner to the room, we found the biggest cockroach under or bed. All this was manifested, and still the front desk didn’t care. An option was to be changed the next day to another hotel was offered and when the next day came, the new person in the front office didn’t know anything about our claims. We stayed only 1 night out of the 2. (We left the next day) and no refund or nothing was offered to us, even though we left we an extra night paid. I moved to another hotel for the rest of my 4 day holiday.

Demasiado ruido tanto al interior como al exterior, imposible poder descansar, no tenia nevera en la habitación no agua caliente. No volveremos

Much better choices for the same or less money, no fridge in room either.
