Lovely room, great location. Perfect distance for walking around town.

No windows in the room, but not a problem when you are hardly in the room and exploring the local area.

No lift it in the hotel , room is very very basic. No window to look outside. Poor bathroom and cleaning. There is hardly space for you luggage. Street is crazy crowded and hard to find your way out. The staff if friendly but hopeless. I will never try this place again.

Terrible service. Unsatisfactory service. Not in compliance with expedia. Very deceptive business practices. The hotel wanted to make charges unauthorized fees for guest and family. Requested funds back and went to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Very fraudulent business practices. Management very professional. Rooms were outdated and small. Didn't feel safe in the hotel. Highly recommend to not stay here. This hotel needs to be removed off of every platform.

This facility is well located in the old center of Carthagena, close to the main historical attractions of the town. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. For the price paid, we were satisfied.

We were not able to have a breakfast service for say, but we could prepare a coffee or tea on site. And the staff kindly indicated a perfect place for it very close by. Our room did not have a window, but it was calm.

Very poor interior layout and noisy interior room

No breakfast was provided. I hoped they would have provided something. The staff, particularly Felipe, was extremely helpful

No internet in the room for the last two days. They reported the problem to the person who maintained the internet equipment but he never showed up, making all residents very unhappy.

Location

Housekeeping was not thorough , and happened even when I didn’t request.
