В отеле идеальная тишина, максимально комфортно для отдыха. Очень чисто. Все продумано до мелочей. Красивые тапочки, новые, пушистые халаты. Гель, шампунь, ушные палочки, наборы для чистки зубов. Красивая зона бассейна со всем необходимым. Персонал доброжелательный, заинтересован помочь и решить все вопросы даже при трудностях перевода. Хотелось бы отметить портье, который при выселении нашел наше такси и помог водителю подъехать прямо к дверям на парковку. И, конечно же, расположение. Рядом есть все. От огромного торгового центра с супермаркетом, до станции метро.

В зоне бассейна в душевой была только холодная вода.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I loved that there is a small shopping mall directly connected to the hotel very convenient for quick shopping and dining. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I really appreciated having a small kitchen and a washing machine inside the apartment. It made the stay much more convenient, especially for a longer visit. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, both local and international. The service was great staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Nothing major. Everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay.

Property is clean, bed is comfortable, has kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Hotel is located next to a mall which is connected to the Dongping metro station.

No aircon in the room making the stay there quite uncomfortable, especially during the day. Only found out after getting into my room that aircon cannot be turned on as the hotel switches off all the rooms’ aircon during winter. Was also not aware that the window can be opened until 3 days later when I again complained to the reception about no aircon in the room. By then, it was too late as I was going to check out of hotel the next day. Staff should have informed me earlier to open the window.
