The first room the air conditioner stop working and the room was not cleaned everyday. Our room was changed to another room where the air conditioner was working. Staff was pleasant and professional.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean when we got there. However our room was never cleaned or at least the towels replaced or trash taken out during our stay. We would have to ask for towels every day and take out our own trash. The fire alarm went off at 540 am and the front office couldn't tell us if we needed to evacuate or not. The hot water did go out on us once but quickly came back on after I turned the water off for a few minutes. The nights were quiet which was also nice.
