Buenosdías Izamal

Beautiful rooms and an incredible pool that feels like it was carved from one solid stone. The rooms are spacious and comfortables, each with its AC unit that you can adjust to your preferred temperature. Both of our rooms had a ceiling fan too (and a mini fridge/sink). We were super happy with both of our rooms and Lucía was amazing and very accommodating.

Not much to complain to be honest. Maybe it would've been nice to have water in the rooms? but purified water is offered at the common areas by the pool so it's not a big deal. The host was on top of things and anything we needed was but a sms away.

Quel accueil! Merci infiniment de m’avoir aidé à surprendre mon copain pour son anniversaire. La chambre était très confortable, la piscine est magnifique et la gentillesse des hôtes a rendu ce séjour encore plus inoubliable. Situé dans un quartier paisible, il reste bien central et permet d’accéder à pied au centre en 10’ !

La recepción por parte de la dueña es más que calurosa, es una persona muy linda que cuando llegas te recibe con una sonrisa, siempre está allí para lo que necesites, y el sr que hace la limpieza siempre está atento también, Definitivamente si usted va a venir a Izamal este es el lugar perfecto, por calidad y servicios y precio. Las instalaciones son nuevas y muy limpias, yo les doy un 10 de 10, y si algún día regreso a Izamal no dudaría en quedarme otra vez en el hotel buenos días Izamal. Yo sé los recomiendo a todos sin dudarlo.

It is very pretty , clean, quiet and comfortable. The hosts are so kind, and helpful. Everybody is very discreet, even the two dogs. Everything has been thought to accommodate greatly our stay. And they add a little extra touch when they can : They offered me mangos from the garden, they let me check out a bit later so I don’t need to wait for too long after my bus Muchas gracias
