The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was modern and clean.

No issues at all.

The location is great. I love the spacious rooms and how quiet it is.

The manager was rude and seemed bothered every time I spoke with her. Maybe they are short staffed because she was working the desk. I asked for towels and offered to wait on them to which she said no she’d bring them because she had to go find some. She never brought the towels. I went down the next day and a housekeeper was much friendlier and went and got my towels while I stood there and waited no issues at all. I asked for a late check out due to travel delays and the latest they offered was 12. They do not offer a late checkout fee they just charge you for another full day which is very inconvenient.

I liked the apartment. The people are really nice.

I didn’t like the ppl smoking weed and cigarettes by my door 😩

Location

The staff leaves at 5, so if there's an emergency there's no one here to help. The sheets on one bed was filthy, couldn't call anyone, the listed number to call no one answered. The elevator stinks smells like dog. Over all the place needs to be cleaned daily. It smells like dog in the breezeway. Will I stay at another one, NO

The housekeeper was amazing!!

Shower curtain was filthy at the bottom.. Too many rules, quiet time wasn’t quiet.. Water wasn’t hot, slow drain in the shower and sinks.

Clean rooms n Excellent customer service. Their business model is quite different but extremely efficient.

Perfect size for my family of 4. Full kitchen helped keep food cost of our trip down significantly.

Kitchen supplies not super-well stocked if you plan to cook or eat more than something you heat up, but we're adequate for light cooking/heating up for the 3 days we stayed.

The only thing I can say I liked about the property was the location.

It was advertised to have a patio and sitting area that made it sound like it was a private patio. There was no patio. If you smoke you have to get on an elevator that doesn’t always work. Then find somewhere outside to stand. There isn’t an ice machine nor a vending machine. There is one elevator and one way out for everyone. If there was a fire it would be devastating there is no way everyone would make it out.

It felt like a real 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean & nice
