Clean and a working air system. There was never staff on duty due to lack of employees.

Microwave had some issues and ironing board was broke

Spacious and clean! Everything we needed for a week stay with the family!

No dresser for additional storage but overall big walk-in closet space

I check in later than I expected to and the room key was waiting for me without any hassle. The location was quite room very spacious clean and really nice..

The location was very convenient. The setup of the room was very nice.

The refrigerator was not working when we got there. We were able to figure out how to get it to work, but it would have been nice if it were plugged in and cold when we got there. There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa and no one except an emergency line as far as staffing goes. Things were dirty. The bathroom floor when we wiped up a water spill from the tub turned the white towel brown. The top of the fridge was very dusty, as was the air intake. There were dead bugs in the hallways. There was only one cup as far as dishes went, and not much else in the way of dishes for the kitchen.

Newer property. Nice concept. Several items in unit broken. Fitness center closed. People in courtyard loud. Digital key was glitchy.
