Great location, private parking and very nice and clean The communication was great.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Super modern and clean, easy access, close to the buses, just OUTSTANDING. Worth every penny.

Everything was amazing

right on the beach (like 1min walking distance) right in the city center (everything is within a few minutes walking reach) plenty of parking lots in the garage (read some concerns in the other reviews about it being narrow - it is a bit tighter in some corners... but managed to navigate super easily with DS4 - which is not a small car in particular ... so from our point of view - no problem at all.. the lots are actually quite spacious tbh) - btw garage entry is from the other side for the building as the entrance to the unit late checkout option amazing bed (mattress + pillows) quiet AC included spacious bathroom kitchen with everything you need available umbrella and beach towels :) (WOW!! that's not really often) perfect communication with hosts two bottles of water provided dishwasher, washing machines, cloth hanger-dryer, broomstick, ... all available :)

late check-out kinda pricey :D but that's alright lack of daylight :( there are only two small windows into the courtyard (which on the other hand probably contributed a lot to the quietness) the unit echoes - more decors should be added.. or perhaps a little carpet here and there .. the tap water is totally not potable (technically it might be but it tastes like swimming pool even if boiled ... so you gotta bring a lot of barrels of water) .. having a dispenser ready there could be a nice benefit for longer staying customers .. and it would't cost that much I guess (considering the price) would be nice to provide same capsules for dishwasher and a bit of detergent for washing machine .. otherwise it's more or less useless .. I don't expect tourists to bring this along :)
