Room and bed were clean, furniture was old. I would suggest this hotel is not at the level for international travelers. The staff did not speak English. The breakfast buffet does not start until 8:30 am so if you need to catch a plane you may miss it. The credit card machine does not accept international credit cards.

The rooms facing Hussain sagar smell very bad (these are the premium rooms). Complained to management but nothing was done about it. Wifi was terrible and I had to work. Whenever I bring this up, the reception only says "we will look into this". It's not just a matter of resetting the wifi router, there is just not enough range. We stayed for 6 days in premium room 2 days in standard room. In spite of this, they were not able to accommodate some simplest of requests. The only positive thing about this place is that the restaurant is good. Expensive but tastes good (or we just got lucky there). Breakfast can feel repetitive.

The rooms were good, except bathrooms, for the price. This is the only hotel that charged for drinking water. All they provide is 2 l of drinking water per day , if you ask more they charge for you the same.
