Price vs quality - the best balance Location: 5 minutes walks from big grocery store, fruit market, restaurant with local food and kiosk Big balcony with an option to watch scholars practicing while drinking your morning coffee :) A lot of space for parking ACs in every room Easy way to drive anywhere in and outside of Larnaca

Even though TVs are there they both don't work: big one doesn't have a TV cable connected and too old to have USB and small one just didn't turn on Kitchenware was not perfect yet quite enough for two Support team is always online and ready to help or answer questions Lack of cleaning stuff, either wash the floor with just water or buy everything by yourself In general don't expect everything to be top notch brand new, yet the price is fare for the quality

Very big appartment with a huge terrace. Key locker so you dont see the owner but they respond messages immediately in case you need some assistance.

Extremely noisy neighbours (very loud music and disturbing arguing and shouting). Also we checked in at night, about 3am, noticed that toilet was blocked. Planned to report that in the morning, but we were woken up by plumbers. Owner by phone blamed us for bloked toilet. Very unpleasant first day of holiday.

Very beautiful big apartment, the balcony is a special love - nice place for breakfast. You can reach the sea in 10-15 mins by walking. Good Wi-Fi for work.
