It was clean and very inviting. Loved setting out by the pool, it was very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing.

"Parking is NOT free."

Stayed at this hotel for years whenever I had business in Louisville. I showed up to my latest reservation and find out it's now $10 a day to park. Parking is NOT free like so many websites claim. Hilton was unwilling to wave the charges. Would not recommend as there are so many other good hotels in the area that do not charge to park.

Hotel was very nice overall. However, both nights we were there it was difficult to sleep due to all the noise coming from the pool area. People were out there partying well past the “quiet time” of 10:00pm. In fact, they were still going strong after 1:00 am. Called the front desk to complain both nights but they were either unable or unwilling to stop the noise.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. They did not have enough luggage carts available at check-in and none available at 4 am as we were checking out. The parking was good but had a notice on my car on the second night that I was in violation of the parking rules even though I was registered. Evidently the staff did not inform me that my car needed to be registered at check-in. They handled it but it was an embarrassment to have that sticker left on my windshield. The staff while pleasant also didn’t seem to know that there were many restaurants in the area even though we did see many close by that were very nice. Other than those small items the hotel accommodations were very nice and a pleasant place to stay while visiting Louisville.

It was my second time at this property. My family and I loved it so much the first time, we had to come back again!

Maybe the extra $50 that you have to pay on top of your room expenses. Even tho you get that money back, I just don’t truly see the purpose of it.
