Helpful and friendly staff, good location for my work. Good in-room free breakfast.

No heat in the room, only A/C. A blower was provided but only could be plugged on one side of the room, far away from lounging and working space. Hotel is still somewhat under construction, for example flooring in hallway not glued down properluy.

The hospitality was amazing. We were greeted properly and we're helped by the receptionist in planning a tour round the city.

Location of the hotel is good. Hotel staff were trying to address issues within their limitations.

Rooms are not maintained at all. There were nails popping from the wooden floor which was addressed by placing some bathroom mats on top of them by the hotel staff. Pillows had stains and did not have even covers. Rooms were not ready for the guest upfront. Basic stuff like Electric Kettle , hand towels and shampoo were not made available in one of the rooms till we asked for the same. Food from the hotel was pretty average.

Was not bad, but the breakfast room is cramped, as if it's a bonus to guests so take it or leave it.

Awesome service and nearby to main attractions, but there was a bit delay in check in...………..

room was clean and enjoyed the view from balcony,staff are actively helping to visit nearby attractions but food was not so good.

Good property near to jolly grant airport with spacious rooms and all essential things enjyoed the food at different resturants as well well maintained by staff and manager.

Near to Silver City opposite to ess ell honda, room was comfortable with all facilities, personnel are really helpful. I was travelling from Delhi and needed an early check-in they provided me with an early check-in at no extra charges.
