The aesthetic is nice; picture worthy! The basic design room: -very SMALL -lacked storage or any place to lay luggage. -small balcony addition is cute but beware of mosquitoes. -no mini bar & our mini fridge didn’t work (they got it fixed for us) Water Quality: - AWFUL (shower, sink, & pool) - the water burned our eyes and smelled of old copper pipes or rusted pipes. It had an almost salty & metallic tang. -we had to brush our teeth and wash our face with bottled water The free included breakfast: -delicious as well as their juice. -option to purchase bowls was great and they tasted good. The staff: -were friendly but not very informative or thorough. - we didn’t appreciate the staff not explaining where the amenities are (pools, bars, breakfast, transportation, etc.) The location is great; very close to the main road (307), close to Tulum beaches, close to cenotes and other exursions. Everything within driving distance (25mins or less); except Cancun. I wouldn’t mind staying here again if they got the water issue fixed & i book the larger room.
