Anna Maria Island Beach Palms 5B

Property location was perfect. Had both bay and sea. Inside was exceptionally clean, new and comfortable.

If I need to say something negative, it would be the outside dumpsters on the walk to the beach. Smelly.

Location was excellent short walk to beach. Condo looked like recently renovated beautiful space and had everything you would need for a stay

Outside of property like stairs and walkway could use some work

What's NOT to like? The condo was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous view, and immaculately clean. Seemed everything was thought of, from beach chairs and towels to beach toys that occupied my 3 yo Grandson all day. Games that made our rainy day perfect and everything was so easy! And I'd be remiss not to mention the AMAZING shower! Oh! Btw, the property mangers are STELLAR.

Ok, like most people I read the negative reviews first, so not a dislike, but maybe a mention of... conditioner in the bathroom packages (yes, I said bathroom packages people 🤩!! Be still yourself, there is a kitchen package as well!) Also maybe explain the parking a bit, perhaps it was just us, it had been a long day, but it did take us a minute to figure it out. But seriously I'm just nit picking, this place is PERFECT!

Fantastic location with beautiful views. When I needed to contact the host, communication was instant. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Great view close to everything

My family and I rented the Anna Maria Island beach Palms 5 B apartment for 1 night when we arrived to check in the apartment was not clean we called the contact number the person asked to wait another hour and a half for them to clean the apartment. We were gone for 2 hours when we got back the apartment wasn't ready yet we called the contact number again he was rude to us and said he was in a meeting and we shouldn't call him anymore. He was going to cancel the reservation for us to look for another hotel nearby. After waiting all day with children in the car we had to drive for 30 minutes because we couldn't find any hotel available in the city. It was very disappointing to know that the Palms 5 B apartment was available on booking.com and they were so disrespectful to the customer. Rotten .

Location was perfect and in the middle of the island. Hosts were Very responsive. Condo kitchen had everything possibly needed to cook and all excellent quality! Beautiful view of the water and short walk to the beach. Newly decorated and beautiful!

It is on the third floor so there are steps but nothing we could not handle and best view of the water!
