Not much

Staff polite while addressing me but totally uninterested to resolve issues, more interested in their mobile phones. At reception I stood for over 3 minutes before the receptionist noticed I was there. Shower not working, AC not working, bathroom disgusting dirty, staircase dirty and smelly, just a very unpleasant place to stay.
