Parking accessibility, the view, the roominess, the grounds and access to the beach walks, proximity to other beach and dining. Very well appointed. Every utensil and dish type you could need, an abundance of large absorbent bath towels, and beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler! Having a nicely contained and in proximity trash and recycling. Great bathrooms and amazing shower spaces. Very comfy beds!

Budget is a detractor from your program. We lost an evening waiting 3.5 hours for the car. Some sort of alternate or provision woukd add value and keep the belated status feeling of the reservation. The lighting is “efficient” so it is not “warm.” No good reading lights, just exposed bulbs. There are various plaques throughout with hooks as if for hanging hats purses whatever at entry and in bathroom but they’re hung w single hook picture wire instead of good anchor screws on both sides So they tilt lopsided as you add or remove things from hooks. The ac doesn’t go lower than 70. Tough one, although ceiling fans help some. The dryer is extremely loud. They are visible/ open accesss and could use being in a closet or behind a door.

Incredible view of Kapalua Bay 240 degrees especially good for Humpback whale and calf viewing! Very secluded no noise and overall well equipped and comfortable.

Having stayed in 2022 the furnishings are getting tired …sofa rugs and dining chairs need update. Provided feedback on missing kitchen items gloves towels and still to receive confirmation of $300 unused weekly cleaning credit. Left voicemail with Jackie at KBV ….expect response !
