Very comfy beds
Very Friendly personal.large room.very clean.infrastructure would need a light uplift that was okay for the age of the building.we were extremely happy and will definitely come again.
Excellent food at good prices. Room was a decent size and well decorated. Bathroom, although private, was a separate room, and not described as such when booking. Not a problem to ne, byt might have been to others.
I wasn't able to stay at the Red Lion due to personal and family circumstances and Hotel.com knew this. so I have not idea why I have been asked for a review.
Marvellous large room with a similarly large lounge, with 2 sofas and a large TV, plus a decent bathroom. Was slightly noisy early in the evening but that stopped around 11. Very friendly staff who were very keen to help. Just a shame I couldn’t have stayed their for longer!
A quirky traditional pub with rooms. Good food, good ale, great service, friendly atmosphere. Perfect place to shelter from the British summer.

The room was a little dated but spacious and clean. The welcome at reception was friendly and food (evening meal and breakfast) was of good quality.
